What date is Field Day taking place?
11th July 2020.

Is Field Day one day or two days?
Field Day is only one day this year.

Where is Field Day?
Field Day is returning to The Drumsheds in Meridian Water, Argon Road, London N18 3BW. If traveling by foot please arrive via N17 0QJ.

How do I get to Field day?
The Meridian Water Network Rail Overground station has direct links to Tottenham Hale in 3 minutes,  Stratford in 17 minutes and Liverpool Street in 24 minutes. A frequent service runs from all three stations. The Drumsheds is a 5-minute walk from Meridian Water Station. Plan your journey here. You can find us on Google maps here.

What are the Festival opening and closing times?
3pm – 3am.

When is last entry?
7pm.

What are the box office hours?
13.30am – 7pm.

If I leave the festival, can I re-enter?
No, unfortunately not. You will not be able to re-enter the festival.

Who’s playing?
BICEP LIVE will be headlining Field Day 2020, full lineup announced now on the website.

How much does a Field Day ticket cost?
Tier 3 tickets start from £45 + booking fee or from £7.50 + booking fee through our monthly payment plan.

When will I be sent my tickets?
From 2 weeks ahead of the show you will receive your e-ticket, this will need to be printed and brought with you to the festival to gain entry.

Where can I buy tickets?
You can purchase tickets from our official ticket partners; Kaboodle, DICE, Festicket, RA, Skiddle, and TicketWeb.

What does a VIP ticket grant me?
A VIP ticket will grant you access to the exclusive VIP bar/area.

Can I cancel my tickets?
No, unfortunately we do not accept cancellations or refunds. However you can purchase TicketPlan when you book your tickets, which offers cancellation protection if you are unable to attend Field Day after booking. 

Can I resell my tickets?
Unfortunately we do not offer a resale service. We strongly advise customers not to buy tickets from sellers on auction or social media sites and never to part with funds unless tickets are in the hand and known to be genuine. Please be especially wary of people selling directly via social media.

Can I change the name on my tickets?
Yes, please contact customer services if you wish to change the name on your ticket.

I have a question about my ticket, who do I contact?
Our customer service team are happy to help you. Their opening hours are between 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday. Call them on 0161 768 6341 or email them at [email protected] 

What’s a pre-payment plan?
You can purchase a Field Day ticket through our monthly payment plan with a first payment starting at £13.00 followed by 5 monthly payments starting at £7.50.

Do I have to be 18 to attend?
Yes, Field Day is a 18+ festival. You may be asked to prove your age on entry to the festival, so please bring along your ID.

Can I take in my own food and drink?
No outdoor food and drink will be allowed into the festival. There will be a delicious range of food and drink options within the festival.

How do I get home from Field Day?
If you are attending Field Day and will be traveling home after midnight, we recommend getting a taxi or Uber from the pick-up/drop-off area, or to head down to Tottenham Hale to use the 24 hour Victoria line. Please note, Meridian Water station trains will finish before 1am.

Can I bring a camera to Field Day?
Professional cameras (SLR) or recording equipment is prohibited, small digital cameras and phones are accepted.

Can I volunteer at Field Day?
More information on volunteering opportunities will be announced in the new year.

What bag can I bring?
Please bring a bag no bigger than A4 size.

Can I charge my phone and will there be storage available?
Yes, we will be providing charging ports and lockers inside the festival site.

Ground Conditions
Please note, The Drumsheds has a mixture of pebbled and grassed areas in our outdoor arena, therefore, please wear suitable footwear such as trainers or boots. We strongly advise that don’t wear open toe sandals or high heels.

Weather
The Drumsheds benefits from both an outdoor arena as well as four indoor warehouse spaces but incase of rainfall, please ensure you are prepared for all weather conditions with suitable clothing and footwear.
